Adults

As adults we need to unlearn old patterns and shed the layers of thoughts that block success and personal growth. We have voices in our heads that are good and bad. What we need the most help doing is tapping back into our greatness - our authentic self.

Kids

Kids are on a journey of developing the way they see the world and how they see themselves fitting into it. They can learn early on that they can choose, regardless of their circumstances, to be happy and confident and express themselves in a healthy, free way.  Kids are also big dreamers and when they are taking action towards thier dreams behavioral problems can diminish or dissappear.  I believe a struggling child is a call for all of us to try new ways to help them learn and grow and be the best they can be.
